Your first appointment is as important as all subsequent visits. The purpose of this longer and more detailed visit is to conduct a complete and thorough patient examination and history. Please download the new patient paperwork to reduce the time of your first visit. Please be sure to fill out all the paperwork thoroughly and add any additional information including medications and all health conditions.A thorough orthopedic and neurological examination will help diagnose your particular condition. If necessary, additional testing may be required. After careful correlation of all the test results collected, Dr. Kahn will review these results with the patient explaining them and what they mean. Treatment will follow this report of findings. It is important to note the type of treatment may vary from patient to patient. No two patients are alike. Upon the 2nd or 3rd visit, a careful assessment and recommendation will be made on the care plan, based on the patient's needs and expectations.
